What Happens During an Appointment?

We begin your appointment with a gown consultation to discuss what type of dress you are shopping for, any preferences, and the event where the gown is going to be worn. This information helps us to guide the appointment to find an appropriate gown for your occasion, whether it be a wedding, black tie event, pageant, formal work party, school dance, gala, cruise, military ball, or one of the many other occasions where you want to feel ready for the red carpet. 

Next we size you for your gown and discuss your budget. We do not have every dress in every size, so we do not want you to fall in love with a dress which we do not have in your size.

We will give you a tour of our store and show you where we will find the type of gowns you are looking to purchase. We will pull a few for you to try on in one of our fitting rooms, and can help you with the zipper or corset of the gown as needed.

All our gowns have built in bras, so you will not need to wear one based on your personal preferences. Underwear is required to try on our gowns, and we ask that you not try the gowns on over your street clothing as this can damage the gown. If you need help re-hanging gowns as you try them on, please ask. Individuals throwing gowns on the floor as they try them on may be asked to leave.

We will continue to help you find additional gowns to try during your appointment until you have found "the one." Garment bags are complimentary with each purchase. All sales are final once the gown leaves the store.
